Q: Do you sell Microsoft Office 365?
A: No, but here’s how you save some money…
To get Office 365 and Hosted Exchange for less than Microsoft sells it, do this…
- Let us be your Hosted Exchange provider. At $3.99 we’re the lowest price out there.
- For your Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) subscribe to the “Microsoft 365 Apps for business” plan (currently $8.25/user/mo.). That plan gives you all the apps (full desktop version, not web-only) but no mail service. Normally the full plan with mail service (non-promotional price) is $12.50. See pricing table comparison below.
Pros:
- Lower Overall Price.
- Better Email features than 365. Unlimited storage, large file attachments, encryption.
- Superior customer support.
- Add unlimited email archiving for only $1. Microsoft makes you get the Business premium plan if you want archiving, which costs $22/user.
- No more calling Microsoft support. Since you would just have the “apps” package you’ll most likely never need support for Word or Excel.
Cons:
- You will be paying two bills, one from Microsoft and one from us (however, the total is less than Microsoft’s plan with mail service).
- If you enjoy waiting on hold for Microsoft support, sorry, you probably won’t need to do that anymore.
What We Recommend:
Combine these two plans: $12.24/mo.
